When you deal with chronic pain/disability, even the smallest tasks can feel monumental, but having extra help makes a world of difference. In this class we’ll talk about what it means to anticipate (or predict) the needs and wants of our partner(s), rather than solely being reactionary, essentially making yourself a pseudo-home health care person for your partner. We’ll cover exercises you can do to improve your perception to notice situations before they become a problem and critical thinking skills so you can provide the best solution at a moment’s notice.
